Terms of Service

I will give you a document template to fill out. Please be as detailed as possible so I can be as precise as possible with your vision.

You get a concept sketch sent to you and have 3 free major revisions and 5 free minor revisions. During the sketch phase, you get 5 free minor revisions and 3 major revisions with a 5 dollar fee. Afterwards all revisions require a fee. 5 dollars for minor, 10 dollars for major.

You may draw over sketches when asking for revisions so I can get a better understanding of what you'd like to change.

Progress photos will be sent periodically and upon request as I complete the piece.

Payment is required upfront for me to begin finalizing.

I will not do refunds unless the piece cannot be finished/finalized.

I can accept split payments, but progress will be paused for milestones until the piece is paid off.

Once paid off, you will receive the full resolution PNG of your piece.

Tips are not required, but are appreciated!

You may not repost my artwork without proper credit/with the watermark removed.

I may post your commission to social media unless explicitly asked not to.

You may not under any circumstances use my artwork to feed to generative AI, use as NFT's, or even promote any AI at all. I do not support any use of AI to make art.

Do not use my artwork to promote hate speech or any sort of hateful groups.

You may not use my work commercially under any circumstance.
